The award winning music class that teaches the student about Drums & Percussion, Piano, Spoken Word and Rap. This 8 - 12 week course (excellent for Summer Camps and After School Programs) is taught by 3 instructors. The group class rotates between the 3 instructors whose lesson plan is designed to teach music reading and writing; basic drum & percussion performance techniques; basic keyboard & piano performance techniques; music sampling; creative writing; and how to construct song forms. "Rap, Rhythm & Rhyme," concludes with a performance by the group class. The performance / show combines all of the elements taught by the 3 instructors and publishes a booklet of the students work. "Rap, Rhythm & Rhyme" The group course that will allow the students to learn and explore the percussive role of music; and how it works with traditional and contemporary rapping / rhyming.
